Mr. Ederington has been our general partner’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary since March 2022 and a director since our general partner's formation in March 2014. Mr. Ederington served as our general partner's Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary from February 2021 to March 2022 and as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from March 2014 to February 2021. Mr. Ederington has also been Westlake’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary since March 2022. From July 2017 to March 2022, Mr. Ederington served as Westlake's Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary, from December 2015 to July 2017, he was Westlake's Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary and, from October 2013 to December 2015, he was its Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Westlake, he held a variety of senior legal positions at LyondellBasell Industries, N.V. and its predecessor companies, LyondellBasell Industries AF SCA and Lyondell Chemical Company, including most recently as Associate General Counsel, Commercial & Strategic Transactions. He began his legal career more than 25 years ago at the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson, LLP. Mr. Ederington holds a B.A. from Yale University and received his J.D. from Harvard University.
